On Saturday 15 April at 3pm Keswick play Whitehaven in the final of the Cumbria League Cup at the neutral ground of Cockermouth Rugby Club. Keswick Coach Richard Metcalf, looking forward to the game, said: "Hopefully after Saturday's good win we can put on another strong and stylish performance in the Cup Final. It will obviously be a lot tougher. Whitehaven are second in the league, on merit, and are a good team. We've already beaten them twice, but that doesn't really mean much in a cup final. We've trained really well the last 2 weeks and included a couple of older heads to strengthen the squad and we are confident."

The squad for the Cup Final is: Vaillant, Scott, Macpherson, Muir, Sellars, Holme, L Thompson, McKenzie, Maguire, Tait, Benson, Wharmby, Moss, Hinckley, H Thompson; Lindsay, J Robinson, D Robinson, Wallace, Rigby.

It is intended that a players and supporters coach will be laid on for the Cup Final on Saturday, leaving from Keswick Rugby Club at and returning from Cockermouth after the game. Details will be available on the Club website, www.keswickrugby.com once known.
